Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Daytona Beach is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time shifts. The facility offers competitive entry pay, an attendance bonus, and a shift differential for certain hours.

Florida AHCA background screening is required, with an emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care for residents. Base pay starts at $15–$18 per hour, with an attendance bonus of $2 per hour and a $2 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by the state.
• Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
