Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor in Port Charlotte, FL is hiring full-time and part-time CNAs. The 180-bed skilled nursing facility seeks caring professionals to deliver high-quality resident care and support discharge planning when needed. A Florida AHCA background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a human services field (e.g., sociology, gerontology, psychology) preferred.

• CNA certification by the State is noted in responsibilities and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and collaborate with the team to ensure appropriate care.
• Assist with meals and follow infection control policies.
• Measure and record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures as instructed.
• Report all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor promptly.
