Job summary

HumanGood in Irvine, CA seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver person-directed care within our senior communities. You will assist residents with daily living, support independence, and help create a safe, respectful environment during evening shifts.

Active CNA certificate required; new grads welcome. Part-time, non-exempt, evenings 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Competitive pay $20–$24.50 per hour plus comprehensive benefits for full- and part-time team members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic needs.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Pay Range

• $20 to $24.50 an hour, depending on experience

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
