Erickson Senior Living's Chatsworth Assisted Living is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our resident-centered care team. As a PRN Care Associate, you will support seniors' physical, emotional, and daily living needs while respecting their preferences and routines. Shifts include 11PM–7AM, 3PM–11PM, and 7AM–3PM.

We offer $20/hour, 401k with 3% match, growth opportunities, and a diverse, inclusive culture. Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred; CPR preferred; state CNA certification

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
