Job summary

Cedar Crest Village, part of Erickson Senior Living, is hiring CNAs/GNAs for full-time and part-time roles in Pompton Plains, NJ. You will support residents with daily living activities and coordinate with the clinical team to deliver compassionate care in a thriving senior living community.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $21–$25 with shift differential, strong benefits, onsite medical centers, education reimbursement, and opportunities to grow as we expand our communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed in a timely manner

How You Will Make An Impact
