Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents with daily living activities and personalized care at Eagle's Trace in West Houston, Texas.

We value compassionate care, teamwork with the clinical staff, and a commitment to resident well-being. Requires 1 year CNA/GNA experience and state CNA certification; CPR preferred; 18+; basic computer skills expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with personal care plans based on needs and routines.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and companionship.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

Job description

Location: Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Available shifts:

• Part time / 24 hrs Morning 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Part time / 16 hrs Evening 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Part time / 8 hrs Nights 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Compensation: commensurate with experience, range starting at $15.00 per hour.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
