Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Chatsworth, Florida, seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and medication administration in a nurse-driven environment. This full-time role runs 3PM to 11:30 PM, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications include current Florida CNA certification, Medication Administration certification, and at least 1 year of CNA and medication administration experience; CPR is preferred. Background screening is required.

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

FT CNA / MedTech - 3PM to 11:30 PM

Week 1: TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY

Week 2: SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURDSAY, FRIDAY

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
