Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / MedTech for a full-time role in Chatsworth. The 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift includes medication administration, daily living assistance, and coordination with the clinical team to meet residents' needs.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and adherence to state guidelines. You will support residents physically and emotionally, implement care plans, and participate in on-site activities and programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state you are working in.
• Current Medication Administration certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines to provide comfort and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Administration of medication to residents.

FT CNA / MedTech - 3PM to 11:30 PM Week 1: TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY Week 2: SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURDSAY, FRIDAY

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
