Priority Management is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our caring team in Tyler, TX. Shifts include 6a-6p and 6p-6a, with a focus on compassionate resident care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and supporting care plans under the direction of the charge nurse. QA standards require English communication and good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress residents as assigned.
• Follow resident assignment schedule from the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist or feed residents.
• Keep residents clean and dry, assist with toileting or incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
• Other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
