Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for Cedar Hill Healthcare Center in Cedar Hill, TX 75104. FT positions available for 6a-2p and 2p-10p shifts. We value compassionate care and dedicate ourselves to resident well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and supporting the care team. Must hold a valid Texas Nurse Aide certification and demonstrate English communication ability.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• To assure resident safety.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist or feed residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
