Priority Management seeks compassionate Certified Nurse Aide professionals to join our care teams in Tyler, Texas. Shifts available 6a-6p. You will provide direct resident care with dedication, supporting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include daily living activities, safety, bathing, grooming, mobility, and timely call-light responses. We value teamwork and a strong commitment to compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Excellent communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety at all times.
• Comfort residents with bathing, grooming, hair care, dressing, and nail care.
• Follow the resident assignment schedule and assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Respond to call lights promptly and assist or feed residents as required.
• Maintain clean, dry, and sanitary environments; assist with toileting and incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective environments and perform other duties as assigned.
