Priority Management Group, LLC is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide for a FT 2p-10p shift at Ridgmar Medical Lodge in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety and comfort, and supporting the nursing team.

You'll perform bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance, respond to call lights promptly, and help maintain a clean, respectful environment for residents receiving high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Nurse Aide certification in Texas.
• In good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assure resident safety and dignity while assisting with activities of daily living.
• Bathe, shampoo, dress residents and provide basic grooming.
• Follow the charge nurse's assigned schedule and assist with transfers.
• Lift and move residents as required and respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist or feed residents and support continence care as needed.
• Maintain a clean, dry, and safe environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
