Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Austin, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans. You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility while monitoring intake and comfort.

You will measure vital signs, report changes to the Charge Nurse, follow resident care policies, and contribute to care plans with your observations. CNA license required; high school diploma preferred and long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but required.
• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, hair, nails, mobility, and responding to calls.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of resident conditions/needs to care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to Charge Nurse.
