Job summary

Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of San D is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans. You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing and daily activities, measure vital signs, and report changes to the Charge Nurse.

The role requires compassion, reliability and ability to work in a long-term care setting. Minimum age 16; CNA license required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but to required.
• Must hold valid CNA license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Assist resident in bathing, feeding, dressing and daily care.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of resident conditions to resident care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to residents to Charge Nurse.
