Job summary

Pflugerville-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities and monitoring resident well-being in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, dressing, taking vital signs, observing changes, and reporting to the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake, and daily living activities.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to the Charge Nurse.
