Position Status: Contingent upon contract award.
Plan and execute compliant, accessible, and professionally managed virtual, hybrid, and in-person DNPAO meetings, trainings, workshops, conferences, and stakeholder events. This role supports planning and execution of DNPAO partner meetings, trainings, workshops, leadership academies, Tribal engagement events, and other virtual, hybrid, or in-person activities. The planner will manage schedules, registration, participant communications, accessibility needs, presentation coordination, technology, venues, vendors, travel-related information, meeting materials, run-of-show logistics, feedback collection, and final closeout reporting in coordination with CDC requirements.
