Job summary

PCI Federal Services (PCIFS) is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide organized day-to-day support for a high-volume CDC contract in Atlanta, GA. You will manage meetings, schedules, action items, and deliverable workflows, ensuring timely status updates across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes coordination with CORs and project leaders, maintaining records, onboarding, and training logistics while delivering high-quality, timely outputs in a federal services environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in project coordination or admin support; experience with multiple workstreams and government clients preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator - CDC

Position Status: Contingent upon contract award.

Position Summary

Provide organized day-to-day project support for meetings, schedules, action items, deliverable workflows, shared records, onboarding, and communications across a high-volume CDC contract. This role will provide structured coordination across a high-volume, multi-workstream CDC contract. The position may support monthly COR meetings, technical workgroups, recipient calls, document review cycles, training logistics, deliverable submissions, action-item follow-up, onboarding records, shared workspaces, and project files while ensuring that task leads and project management have timely and accurate status information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and prepare invitations, agendas, materials, notes, and action-item logs.
  • Maintain schedules, trackers, shared workspaces, document repositories, and distribution lists.
  • Coordinate deliverable reviews, approvals, version control, formatting, and submissions.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with responsible staff on open actions.
  • Support onboarding, training records, monthly reporting, and administrative workflows.
  • Provide accurate status information to project leadership and task managers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative program support, or professional-services delivery. Experience supporting multiple simultaneous workstreams, document-control processes, meeting logistics, action tracking, status reporting, Microsoft 365 collaboration environments, and Government clients is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, timely, and high-quality work in a multidisciplinary, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, judgment, and client-service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting CDC, HHS, another federal health agency, a public health recipient network, or a comparable mission-focused organization.
