Qualifications

• High school education preferred but not required.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must have CMA/CNA certifications as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance per care plan.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document care outcomes and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using safe techniques.
• Support meal service and dining to create a positive dining experience.
