Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, not required.
• Must have CMA or CNA certification per state requirements.
• Active CMA/CNA certification in state of practice or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• State-specific CMA/CNA training and certification requirements listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
