Responsibilities include medication administration within scope, vital signs collection, and coordination with the care team to maintain quality care and safety. Full-time day shifts with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or state-certified equivalent.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must be reliable with ability to follow care plans and communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse within scope of practice.
• Document care, monitor vitals, and report changes to the charge nurse.
