Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to provide direct resident care and assist with medication administration per individualized care plans. You will monitor residents for changes, document concerns to the Health Services Director, and help supervise resident assistants.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, proper documentation, and compassionate care in alignment with assisted living principles.

Qualifications

• Adequate and clear English speaking and writing ability; able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; 35 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physician(s).
• Documents all medication-related functions as required by regulation and community protocols.
• Obtains, receives, and stores medications from pharmacy.
• Participates in the medication training program and demonstrates competency.
• Maintains order and cleanliness in the medication storage area.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and provide post-meal care.
