Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to provide direct resident care at our Camas, WA community. You will assist with medications as ordered, document medication interactions, and communicate changes to the Health Services Director.

Qualifications

• Completion of Qualified Medication Aide program with current license.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physician(s).
• Document all medication-related activities as required by regulations and community protocols.
• Obtain, receive, and store medications from the pharmacy.
• Participate in medication training and demonstrate competency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of medication storage area.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and prepare them for meals and activities.
• Record vital signs, weight, and other observations; report changes to supervisor.
