Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physicians.
• Document all medication management activities per regulations and protocols.
• Obtain, receive, and store medications from the pharmacy.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the medication storage area.
• Record vital signs and daily care notes; report changes to supervisor.
