Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Aide to support residents with medications and daily care. You will document all medication-related activities and ensure accuracy in line with regulations and facility protocols.

Responsibilities include obtaining medications, maintaining the storage area, and accurately recording vital signs and observations. You will report changes to supervisors and uphold residents’ rights with confidentiality and respect.

Qualifications

• Completion of Qualified Medication Aide program and active license.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with medication management and resident care is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physicians.
• Document medication administration and related activities per regulations and protocols.
• Obtain, receive, and store medications from pharmacy.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of medication storage area.
• Record vital signs, weight, and other observations; report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold Residents’ Rights.
