Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for an Assisted Living community. You will safely administer medications, provide personal care, and support residents with ADLs and daily activities.

This full-time role requires attention to regulatory compliance, MAR/TAR accuracy, and teamwork with LPN/LVN/RN and health and wellness staff. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ months of related experience preferred in senior living.
• Current Medication Technician certification may be required by state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal care and general nursing care to residents as needed.
• Perform ADLs, monitor vital signs, and document in daily logs.
• Inspect and restock medicine carts, manage narcotics with supervision.
• Maintain accurate medical charts within policy timelines.
• Respond to resident needs and assist with calls and emergencies.
