Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Certified Medication Aide for PRN assignments in an Assisted Living setting. You will assist with personal care, monitor vital signs, and ensure safe medication administration per MAR/TAR in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities include narcotics control, medication ordering, and maintaining accurate medication records while supporting residents’ daily living activities and dining services as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ months of experience in senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification may be required by state.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medications per MAR/TAR under supervision.
• Count and sign narcotics with approved personnel before medication keys.
• Order medications and notify when stock is low (≤7 days).
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies and resupply issues.
• Provide personal and general nursing care, assist with ADLs and meals.
• Maintain records, document in daily log and support care plans.
