Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) program that meets state requirements.
• Active CMA certification in good standing.

Aufgaben

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity prior to administration and document dosage/time.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with admissions/discharges when required.
• Support team members and perform light housekeeping duties.
