Qualifications

• CMA certification required or equivalent.
• Experience with administering oral and topical medications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Record medication administration accurately in the resident chart.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned and as required by medications.
• Respond to resident call lights and assist with daily care to support safety and comfort.
