Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Salina, KS is seeking a Certified Medication Aid (CMA) to administer medications and provide direct resident care under the Director of Nursing. The CMA will follow individualized care plans, document care, and support residents’ daily living activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CMA certification is required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and administer medications according to individual care plans.
• Observe residents and report condition changes to nurses and physicians.
• Document observations, interventions, and daily medication administration.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure safety and independence of residents.
• Maintain accurate MAR documentation and narcotic counts.
• Participate in staff training and teamwork to improve resident care.
