Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking qualified CNAs with Texas CNA and Medication Aide certifications to provide direct patient care at Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. The role includes medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and responsive resident support, with the team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid Texas CNA certification in good standing
• Must have current Texas Medication Aide certification in good standing

Responsibilities

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage and time of administration on specified forms or records.
• Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application or administers medication using specified procedures.
• Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
• Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food and fluid intake and output as directed.
• Answers signal lights, bells or intercom system to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
