Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Lakes, NJ, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this role, you'll provide support to residents’ physical and emotional needs, assist with daily living activities, and ensure timely medication administration.

Ideal candidates will have a current CNA certification and experience in a similar role. The position offers part-time and per diem schedules, along with competitive compensation and various employee benefits.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
