Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Cedar Crest Village in New Jersey is hiring for full-time and part-time CNA/GNA roles. You will support residents with daily living activities, coordinate with clinical staff, and implement person-centered care plans to promote comfort, safety and belonging.

Qualifications include minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred, current CNA certification, CPR preferred, and at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner.

How You Will Make An Impact

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
