Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support Memory Care residents on the Day Shift. This 16-hour per week position requires a State Certified CNA and Medication Administration certification, with a focus on person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be a State Certified CNA.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner.
• Administration of medication to residents.

Location: Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living.

We Are Hiring For The Following Shifts

• Day Shift - 7am to 3:30pm - 16 hour a week position available - Position available on Memory Care!

All positions include an every other weekend.

Candidates MUST be a State Certified CNA.

Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

• Compensation: Commensurate with experience as a certified CNA starting at $17.35 hourly (not including shift premiums, etc.)

What You Will Need

• Current CPR certification preferred
