Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in medical coding or billing field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing regulations and payer requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of coding regulations and industry updates.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate diagnosis and procedure codes for accuracy.
• Post claims and correct coding discrepancies from the EHR.
• Monitor coding quality and report questionable coding practices.
