Responsibilities

• Abstract data from medical records to provide detailed case summaries, including medical, demographic, and statistical information.
• Identify and code primary and secondary diagnoses and procedures for various medical records, including Surgical Records and E&M Encounters.
• Follow coding procedures mandated by government and payers for accurate completion of coded data.

Job description
