Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and equipment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers and clinical teams with patient care and administrative duties.
• Field patient calls and voicemails promptly and professionally.
• Address patient portal and EHR messages within required timeframes.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation in the patient’s EHR.
• Communicate with the clinical care team as needed.
