Vail Health is seeking qualified Medical Assistants to support providers and clinical teams in patient care and administrative duties. You will manage patient records, ensure accurate documentation in the EHR, and respond to calls and portal messages promptly while maintaining HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPAA compliance, and OSHA rules and regulations required.
• 2 years of experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assist providers and clinical teams with patient care and administrative duties.
• Maintain patient records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate in EHR.
• Handle patient phone calls and voicemails promptly and professionally.
• Process patient portal and EHR messages within established timeframes.
• Communicate with the clinical care team as needed.
