Job summary

Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a primary care physician at West Clermont Family Medicine. You will review and update health records, measure vital signs, and prepare treatment rooms for examinations.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and an active MA certification from CMA, RMA, CCMA, or other recognized bodies. ABR-OE is acceptable in some contexts, with state-specific restrictions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CMA certification from recognized bodies (CMA; RMA; CCMA; NHA; NRCMA; NCMA; NCCT).
• ABR-OE acceptable if MA certification required in state.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Review and update health records; verify diagnostic test results and reports.
• Measure vital signs (pulse, respiration, BP, weight, height).
• Prepare treatment rooms for examinations; assist physician as needed.
