Qualifications

• Greet patients and community with respect and professionalism.
• Review and update health records; verify test results and reports.
• Measure vital signs and prepare treatment rooms for examinations.
• Perform clerical duties and support patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients and the community in a respectful manner.
• Prepares and reviews patient charts for upcoming visits by verifying diagnostic test results and hospital reports.
• Measures vital signs such as pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight, and height.
• Performs clerical duties including inventory checks, stock supplies, track referrals, and phones.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
