This full-time, on-site role emphasizes patient-first care, strong teamwork, and smooth front-desk and lab workflows.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification from recognized bodies.
• Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• At least 6 months of relevant MA or phlebotomy experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems.
• Experience collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to maintain empathy and professionalism during venipuncture and patient interactions.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and extend scope duties as needed.
• Manage front-desk functions: check-in/out, insurance verification.
• Support lab and clinical workflows and communicate with providers.
• Respond to patient messages and assist with clerical tasks.
• Maintain supply inventory and sanitize instruments.
• Master the practice management tech stack (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, EMR).
