Valley Health System is seeking qualified Medical Assistants for the Luckow Pavilion to support clinical and front-desk operations. Under supervision, you will perform patient intake, testing, and EMR documentation while maintaining courteous patient interactions.

The role includes greeting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, and coordination with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Certification as CMA/RMA preferred; NJ coursework referenced in the job scope.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification required).
• Experience in a clinic/physician office setting preferred. Six months of data entry/administrative experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients; maintain daily schedule and insurance verification.
• Perform patient intake, blood draw, EKG and other physician-ordered tests.
• Document accurately in EMR per policies and licensure; coordinate with clinical staff to ensure workflow.
