• Performs patient intake, blood draw, EKG and other tests as directed by physician.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation in accordance with licensure and policy.
• Manages front desk duties: greeting, registration, insurance verification, and collects payments.
• Supports scheduling and coordination with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
