• Handle telephone communications with patients, families, and healthcare facilities according to policy.
• Perform administrative tasks: check-in/out, scheduling, benefits verification, referrals and testing.
• Assist with office-based procedures and minor clinical tasks under supervision.
• Provide written instructions and patient education as directed by providers.
• Administer medications per orders and manage prescription refills as per protocol.
• Maintain equipment and complete documentation in EMR.
