Atlantic Medical Group in Linden, NJ is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant I for a full-time days shift in AMG Primary Care. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under physician supervision, support a busy clinical team, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate medical records.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, national certification (CCMA or equivalent) or precertification within 60 days, EPIC EMR experience, and 1–2 years outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• National Certification CCMA from NHA/AAMA/NAHP/ARMA/AMT/AMCA/NCCT or precertification within 60 days.
• Preferred: 1–2 years outpatient/ambulatory experience; EPIC EMR experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle patient intake, update medical records, and record vital signs.
• Administer medications under physician supervision and collect specimens.
• Assist with clinic visits, schedule appointments, and maintain data quality.
