Responsibilities include supporting both walk-in and scheduled visits, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to accreditation readiness and team-based care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• National Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• CCMA certification from listed bodies (NHA, AAMA, NAHP, ARMA, AMT, AMCA, NCCT).

Responsabilités

• Handles patient intake, updates medical records, and administers screening tools.
• Records medical information and test results, conducts patient interviews, takes vital signs, collects specimens, and administers medication under physician supervision.
• Assists with walk-in and scheduled visits, verifies data and adheres to quality standards.
• Monitors environment for accreditation readiness and evaluates practice schedule changes or updates.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the certified medical assistant scope of practice within holistic, patient-centered and team-based care.

Formation

National Certification from Medical Assistant program

National Certification CCMA (NHA, AAMA, NAHP, ARMA, AMT, AMCA, NCCT)
