Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our Physician Practice Float Pool. You will support a primary care physician, prepare treatment rooms, review health records, and measure vital signs.

Requires High School degree or GED and CMA certification within 12 months; BLS may be required. One year of MA experience is preferred; strong communication and clerical skills are essential. Mercy Health offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Review and update patient charts and ensure records are accurate.
• Measure vital signs (pulse, respiration, BP, weight, height).
• Perform clerical duties such as inventory, referrals tracking, and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
