Endeavor Health in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will provide education, care coordination, and support to patients and families within a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires CMA certification and experience with care plans, EMR documentation, and collaboration with RN Care Managers. On-site hours are Monday–Friday, with full-time commitment and a 40-hour week.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in outpatient ambulatory care settings.
• 2 years of experience with Epic User Experience.
• Knowledge of insurance/payor mix and healthcare system operations.
• Ability to multitask in a high workload environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Mansioni

• Provide support, education, and care management services to patients.
• Verify eligibility based on criteria report.
• Develop and modify care plans with provider collaboration.
• Document actions in the EMR system and maintain caseload.
• Coordinate with RN Care Manager for optimal patient care.
