Job summary

Endeavour Health in Warrenville, IL seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to support ambulatory care teams. You will provide wellness coaching, assist with care plans, document in EMR, and collaborate with RN Care Managers.

The role requires 2 years in outpatient care, Epic EMR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and CMA certification. Hours are Mon–Fri, 8:00a–4:30p, full-time.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in outpatient ambulatory care.
• 1 year of Epic User experience.
• Knowledge of insurance/payor mix and healthcare systems.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high workload.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, education, and care management to identified patients.
• Verify eligibility and identify patient support needs.
• Develop or modify care plans and guide patients in self-management.
• Assess activity, diet, smoking, and social/economic resources.
• Document actions in the EMR and coordinate with RN Care Manager.
