GENERAL SUMMARY/BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB

The role involves preparing rooms according to scheduled examinations or treatments, assisting patients and physicians, performing routine treatments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Additionally, the position includes patient reception and general office duties.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Work requires experience and the ability to read, understand instructions, perform basic math, and make comparisons between numbers and letters
• Ability to exchange information courteously with patients, visitors, and staff
• Experience providing direct patient care to a diverse age range, including neonates to geriatrics
• Bilingual ability preferred

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

None required; completion of four to six weeks of on-the-job training.

• Must function as a team member, be flexible, work additional hours when needed, and provide backup support.
