This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency and resident satisfaction of the property by managing a wide array of repair and upkeep tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive maintenance duties encompassing electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, and painting projects.
